What Is CharityPaws
CharityPaws is a lifestyle apparel brand that focuses on creating products that can encourage education, invoke conversation and raise funds to help 501c3 animal groups. Our goal is to have every animal lover wearing our apparel in the hopes that people will comment on them and a conversation can be started about important issues such as spay/neuter, backyard breeders, breed discrimination and so much more.
In addition to education and conversation, we donate 20% of every apparel item sold to 501c3 animal charities all over the world and offer groups the opportunity to earn more and purchase shirts for their own fundraising events.
How Can Registered 501c3 Animal Groups Raise Money?
We offer (3) ways for our rescue partners to earn donations.
1) Join our partner program and you can immediately start earning 20% just by promoting our products to your supporters.
2) Request to be a featured partner where we create a custom campaign that we work together to promote. Our featured partner campaigns offer a 30-40% donation on every item sold.
3) Order our shirts at discounted rates and sell them at your events. We can even customize them with your logo if you wish!
Shipping Rates & Times
In stock items ship in 1 business day. Some items may be custom printed and may take 2-2 business days to ship, these are noted on the product descriptions.
Featured partner events can take 2-3 weeks to ship from the end date of the campaign. With these programs we place a bulk order for all shirts at the end of a campaign.
US Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 per order. (excludes HI and AK)
Canada, HI and AK Shipping is a flat rate of $8.99 per order. *does not include any import or custom taxes
International Shipping is a flat rate of $13.49 per order. *does not include any import or custom taxes

Returns & Exchanges
Because we send donations for every item sold we cannot except returns on our products. We can offer exchanges for sizes or styles that are of equal value if that is an option.
Exchanges can be done within 30 days as long as the item is returned in original packaging and unworn.
If an item is damaged upon arrival or if does not meet a standard of quality we would expect, then please contact customer service and we will work with you resolve the issue.
We offer several different brands of clothing on our website, to ensure you get the best fit, it is important that you review the size chart that is available with each item. Some of our shirts may be pre-shrunk while others may shrink after washing, we will do our best to note these details on every item. If you have any questions about sizing and recommendations, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information and sizing help.
CharityPaws prides itself on choosing the best quality apparel to represent out charity partners. All of our shirts are either 100% cotton or a tri-blend mix of poly, cotton and viscose. The tri-blend is a super soft blend that offers superior fit and comfort! Most of our shirts are printed with a water-based screen printing process but on occasion we may use a plastisol ink process if we have a shirt design that is bold and colorful.
