Shipping + Returns

Below are our policies and procedures regarding shipping and returns. If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to contact us at hi@charitypaws.com and we will be glad to assist you.

What countries do you offer shipping to?

We currently only offer shipping to the United States.

We are looking at affordable options to be able to offer shipping to other countries and hope to add that option soon!

How much is shipping?

United States: $4.99 flat rate per order / Orders over $75 ship FREE!

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Every item is noted with an “in-stock” or “made to order” annotation to help you get a delivery estimate.

  • In-stock orders ship within 2 business days then please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery.
  • Made to order products ship within 3-5 business days then please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery.

CharityPaws is not responsible for issues related to shipping companies. If you do not receive your order, please contact the shipping company in your shipping confirmation email. If you are not getting a resolution to your order issue, please contact hi@charitypaws.com and we will see if we can help.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

Unfortunately, due to our donation program we cannot offer refunds on any order, but will gladly exchange your purchase for another item of equal value.

Please contact hi@charitypaws.com to get your exchange request started. Once we receive your item we will initiate an exchange. You will be billed for the additional shipping fees on your replacement item.

Damaged Order: If you have received an item that was damaged please take pictures and send an email to hi@charitypaws.com with your order number within 14 days of receipt of your order. Once we review your order, we will issue a replacement item.

Can I cancel an order?

You can email hi@charitypaws.com to see if your order has been placed into production or shipped. If it has not, we will be disappointed, but will cancel your order.

Orders that have been shipped or have started being produced cannot be canceled. If you ordered a wrong item, we can issue an exchange once you receive your order.
