Habicats: A New Cat House + Scratcher Every Month

Habicats is a new subscription based service that will ship your cat a brand new cat house with scratcher each month.

Created by 2 cat lovers – Courtney Spens and Allie Valdez, the business is currently on Indiegogo to get the word out and help raise some funds.

Habicat Pricing + Plans

The process is pretty simple! Just head to the website, subscribe for a plan that appeals to you and then sit back and wait for the goodies to arrive.

The plan is monthly – but you can purchase in longer plans to reduce the cost.

  • Monthly is $35 per month
  • 6 months is $32 per month
  • Annual is $29 per month

There are special deals happening right now for the Indiegogo promotion as well to reduce the cost even further.

Indiegogo Details

Because this is an Indiegogo campaign and they are not selling officially yet – you can support the campaign if you love the idea!

It looks like right now estimated shipping on houses will be July 2021.

They are trying to raise $10,000 to get things rolling. There are several special promotions going on for you to take advantage of for their launch, so if you want to give this a try – now is the time!

Habicats Product

Once your Habicat arrives you will need to assemble it, but it seems very easy to do.

The base of the cat house is the scratcher and when they destroy one side of the scratcher you can flip it over and have a fresh new scratcher for them. This is a great option to try if you are trying to keep your cat off the furniture or to prevent them from scratching it.

They have a few adorable designs in their first run which you can see below.

Additional details:

  • Made in the United States
  • Created with 100% recyclable – and often compostable materials
  • Tested with cats up to about 16 pounds
  • Each house comes with a scratcher – meaning a new fresh thing to scratch every month
  • Easy assembly
  • No toxic residue
